River Run Colorado Amenities

River Run Colorado has been designed with the comfort and enjoyment of the residents firmly in mind. Only half of the almost seven acres that make up River Run Colorado will be developed into home sites, leaving a comfortable green belt between and around the homes.

River Run Colorado will offer amenities that include attractive landscaping, tree-shaded open space and a dog park. Residents will have access to the KOA boat ramp and selected areas along the Colorado River.
